Founded by Dr. Dame Daphne Sheldrick in 1977 in memory of her late husband, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is located in Kenya. They are best known for their dedication to the rescue of milk dependent orphaned elephants that are eventually returned to live in the wild when grown.
